Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a form of yoga that allows students to practice yoga postures with a silk fabric hammock. One of the major advantages of aerial yoga is that it makes inversions much more accessible than in a regular yoga class, enabling more people to receive these benefits to the various systems of the body. It helps safely build balance, flexibility, and strength. Trust is built and the fabric even acts as a massage therapist to help with muscular tension. Besides all of this, it is just plain fun to be doing yoga while in a hammock!

All Levels Hatha Yoga
This class will help bring greater flexibility, strength, and sense of connection to the body as we flow through various poses. Gentle Yoga
These two classes are a relaxing blend of low impact stretching, gentle movements, restorative poses, and gentle strengthening postures. We use movements with breath and guided meditation to bring a greater sense of calmness and awareness. In this way, we will build the mind-body connection while alleviating stress and releasing tension. All levels are welcome.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is less physically challenging and all about relaxation. This class is much more difficult mentally, as it is very meditative. It is important to allow the body to rest so that it can function optimally. As a society we live in out Sympathetic Nervous System, this is the fight or flight system, the stressed out nervous system. Restorative yoga helps us move into our Parasympathetic Nervous System, where we need to be in order to sleep, rest, digest, and recover. Treat yourself to some relaxation!

Vinyasa Yoga
This Vinyasa Flow yoga class will focus on improving our overall physical health, flexibility and mental awareness. Asanas will be coordinated with the breath, and alignment with a wide variety of poses appropriate for all levels of students, yet challenging for the experienced.

Yin Yoga
Yin is a class where students are asked to slowly approach the deepest edge of their range of motion and then stay there for 3-5 minutes. By holding stretches for longer periods, students are able to get past the simple muscular flexibility and go deeper to build flexibility of the fascia, tendons, and other connective tissues. This helps to improve overall flexibility, improves joint mobility, increases circulation, and overall provides a stress reducing and calm atmosphere in contrast to the craziness of daily life.

Yogilates
This course will provide a blend of Pilates matwork with the Hatha Yoga method. Focus of the class will be on the development of core strength through the utilization of a variety of Pilates core exercise. Exercises and Hatha Yoga-based stretches are taught to encourage strengthening of the connection between the mind, the body, and the breath. This yogilates class will encourage the use of this connection developing strength from the inside out.
