Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga nidra is a meditation practice where we plant a sankalpa (a seed we wish to grow in our life) and delve into a deeply relaxing state in between wakefulness and sleep. In this workshop, we will learn how to formulate our sankalpas, find ourselves comfortably in our space, and then go into the Yoga Nidra Meditative state. With over 18 years of professional experience and dedication, Sonya Cooper offers Massage Therapy modalities concentrating on stress relief and relaxation in the upstairs space at the studio.
