Conscious Breathwork Sessions
Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of consciousness through full and connected breathing. An energy charge is created in the body, and as the energy dispenses, it serves to release, or to cleanse blockages, both physical and emotional. Possible experiences include: resolution and release of current problems, unresolved childhood wounds, birth memories, past life remembrances, and stored trauma releases in the body. Many also experience encounters with the divine, transcendence of time or space, oneness experiences, deep peace, unconditional love, and orgasmic states.
The process is gentle, safe, and loving and almost every person will have a deep moving experience. As an added benefit, Breathwork is quite healthy for the body. Benefits can include:

Whitney, our breathwork facilitator, has been practicing breathwork for years and has seen in herself the profound healing and awakening experiences the breath can provide. She has trained with Zach Rehder of Sedona, AZ and Gurpreet Gill of Boulder, CO. What will be required is that you come with a genuine openness to the work, and interest in your own healing process. All sessions will be confidential and primarily focused on breathwork, although she will utilize her other skills and tools as appropriate.
Reach out to us regarding price of private breathwork sessions, small group breathwork sessions, large group breathwork sessions, and packages of multiple breathwork sessions. Sessions are typically scheduled for 2 hours and may or may not take the full time, depending on how the breath flows that day.
Private Yoga Sessions

Personal instruction is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience.

Personal Yoga Nidra Meditation Sessions
Yoga Nidra is the practice of planting a sankalpa or intention deep into the subconscious during a guided meditation. The benefits of Yoga Nidra are profound including stress relief, the improvement of insomnia, clearing the thoughts, and paving the way for your goals. Prior to this session, we will discuss relevant goals and Whitney will write a yoga nidra meditation to help ease your way into the restful meditative state that makes yoga nidra so powerful. The more details provided prior to the visit, the more the meditation can be tailored to your life and your needs. During the session together (approximately 1 hour from the time you arrive) you will be guided through the process of the yoga nidra meditation in person as you are laying comfortably supported by blankets and bolsters. With prior notice, you have the choice to meditate in an aerial hammock if you wish.
Reach out to us regarding price. You can either meet us in person at the studio for your session or Whitney can record the meditation for you (approximately 40-50 minutes long) and email it for you to use at your own convenience.
Aerial Hammock Yoga Thai Massage
Aerial Thai is a unique combination of Aerial Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage which provides supportive and freeing sensations to aid in the relaxation of the body and the mind. The support of the aerial hammock allows for a sense of security while Whitney gently rocks, shakes, pushes, and pulls you into deep states of tranquility and calm. The session itself lasts approximately 30 minutes and occurs in a supported cocoon position. At the conclusion of the session, clients are allowed to breathe and relax in the gently rocking hammock for up to an additional 30 minutes if your schedule allows.
As you are fully clothed through this session, we ask that you wear comfortable clothing free of velcro, side pockets with zippers, or any other accessories and jewelry that might snag the fabric. Socks are permitted and encouraged if desired. Reach out to us for the cost of this session.
