Yoga, Essential Oils, & Meditation for Hiking Pains

In today's live Facebook event, I talked about how Yoga, Essential Oils, and Meditation can help us with troubles that come up when we're hiking. With the weather so beautiful out, one can't help but want to share in the pleasures of the outdoors. Because of this, I addressed essential oils the can aid with the common problems of sunburns, bugs, and muscle pain relief. I talked about yoga poses to help with common muscles aches following a big hike. Finally, I guided us through a mindfulness meditation to help us practice the skill of being present in the time and space we are in rather than on the future or the past.
