Today I hosted one of my first live Facebook events on how Yoga, Essential Oils, and Meditation can help us with some of life's common health concerns. That's why for this very first event I chose to talk about Stress. Did you know that according to the American Psychological Association, chronic stress is linked to the six leading causes of death: heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver and suicide. Likewise, more than 75 percent of all physician office visits are for stress-related ailments and complaints. I am passionate about creating a better world for all of us. How long has it been since you've actually laughed out loud for minutes on end? For me it was watching comedians on Netflix this past Monday. My husband was on Skype in the other room and I was laughing so loud the people in his conversation were asking if they were hearing laughter or crying.
